Level 2 Certificate in Sport offers complete flexibility, removing the barriers many home-educated learners face when looking for vocational options. Suitable for any student from 12 years upwards.
There are no controlled assessments or exam centre visits required. Instead, learners can achieve a nationally accredited qualification from home through 100% portfolio assessment.
The course is designed to be completed over 240 hours, but, as with all our courses, the timescale is fully flexible across 2 years. Learners can work at their own pace without the added pressure of fixed deadlines or timetabled exam dates.
Learners complete this fully guided qualification, with the support of directed projects, assessor guidance and pre-filmed tutorials from our subject experts. All work is assessed inhouse, with positive and encouraging feedback provided throughout the course. On successful completion of the four units, learners will receive an Ofqual-accredited certificate, comparable in size to a double award GCSE or BTEC Diploma
