A High‑Performance Football Education Programme for Home‑Educated Students

Our Football Day School offers home‑educated young people the opportunity to train, learn and develop within a professional football environment one day per week in either a 2.5 hour or 4.5 hour session.
​
Delivered by UEFA‑qualified coaches and supported by our holistic player‑development model, this programme provides a structured pathway for motivated players who want to elevate their game while maintaining their home‑school flexibility.

Set in our state‑of‑the‑art training facility, students experience either a full 4.5‑hour development day designed to mirror the standards and expectations of an elite academy environment or a shorter 2.5 hour high impact session based both on and off the pitch with analytics and practical ball mastery.

What the Day Includes
Each weekly session is built around the core pillars of the Elite Academy Group methodology:

Ball Mastery & Technical Development

Players work through progressive ball‑mastery practices designed to improve confidence, control, creativity and technical execution under pressure.

Tactics & Game Management
Students learn how to understand the game at a deeper level — decision‑making, positional play, in‑game problem solving and tactical awareness.

Speed & Agility Training
Specialist movement sessions focusing on acceleration, deceleration, multidirectional speed and football‑specific agility.
Strength & Conditioning
Age‑appropriate physical development delivered safely and effectively to support long‑term athletic growth.
Performance Analysis
Players review match footage, training clips and individual actions to develop self‑awareness and improve football intelligence.
Mentoring & Personal Development
